We are happy to inform you that we have started to build desktop applications for OS X, Linux and Windows. Desktop clients will enable you to import emails to your encrypted Tutanota mailbox as well as give you offline access. Building desktop clients is an extensive project, so we cannot give an exact ETA.

So, are you planning to port Android/iOS Apps to Desktop? ..something like mailpile, maybe?
Any news on this topic? ..also expiration time to messages would be cool.
Really good idea. It would increase the security level. Could be a good feature to implement.
This idea is fairly useful to also prevent an unadvised user (novice) to make the mistake of "delete account" unawared of the consequences. I think it has a real chance to happens... :-( --Believe, people are capable of do it.
I like the ideia. I have a special setup on my computers, and like to use different languages for different programs/op.sys/browsers. Would be handy to just choose the app language according my will. :-)
+1. I would use it..
We will implement this but it is not yet on the top of our list. We first have to finish the new client and the apps…
+1!! Totally agree!
We use the browsers print option: Just press CTRL+P to print the currently selected mail. Have you tried that?
Not a priority, but a good touch! :-)
To build a new encrypted chat doesn't looks the best ideia. There is some good initiatives already, as some guys pointed out... ..the thing here would be to build some interoperability with other complimentary services.
Now that would be a must... A network of secure providers. ..but I would step very carefully to this.. ..anyway, great idea.
