      Sorry for that! There are SPAM rules that you can use to configure what is flagged as SPAM and what not. We also continously improve our SPAM handling...

        @Alan: Please try out the new client at https://mail.tutanota.com. Printing should work with it, even from mobile.

        you can print an email after downloading it using Ctrl+P, have you already tried that? :-)

        In Chrome you can print the email one by one as a pdf, but this can only be a work-around until we implement a better option.

              Hi Barbara,

              you can disable the dark theme where you enabled it before logging in. Uninstalling is not necessary.

                Most of your claims are plain wrong. No one else besides a very small set of our employees has access to the encrypted data stored on our servers. BND and other authorities never had access to our systems!

                In fact, German privacy laws are way stricter than in many other countries. For example, Switzerland has a dedicated surveillance law, just as the UK...

                German privacy laws are very strict. We do not log IP addresses or hand out any user data. A German court warrant needs to be issued before officials can ask for data. On our servers, we only keep metadata (from, to, date) unencrypted. All other data is encrypted with the user's password and cannot be accessed by us.

                    We don't block anybody by purpose! Please contact us at hello@tutao.de in such cases. It might be that your ip got blacklisted for various reasons.

                      @Mads: The mailto handling has been fixed right now: https://github.com/tutao/tutanota/issues/409.

                      The "send to" is already implemented within the new app. We are currently polishing up things for a beta release within the next few weeks.

                                        when being logged in via https://mail.tutanota.com, go to your contacts. Next to "All contacts" click "..." and then choose "Import vCard".

                                        We would be more than happy if we would be able to develop even faster and try to improve from day to day.

                                        But please do not forget, that our team is still very small and we do not only concentrate on implementing new features. There are many other things that we have to take care of. Just to mention a few of them:
                                        * Provide excellent support to all of you
                                        * Work on our systems to realize an outstanding uptime
                                        * Get new team members on board
                                        * Building up sales

                                        We will definitely add this feature in future. If you want to enable us to implement features faster: upgrade to premium or donate. And there is always the option to pay for implementing a feature. Just contact us if this one is really critical for you and you are willing to pay for it.
