  1. Your password strength meter says to some very weak passwords that they are "OK." How strong hashing algorythm do you use?

Do you also base your password strength meter on a dictionary of, say English and German language? But not Albanian?

  2. Ctrl-A woes

There is a problem when one wants to use Ctrl-A to mark everything in the email message. Doing so marks EVERYTHING in the window, that is rarely wanted. One can just mark the message with Ctrl-A ONLY when in Reply mode.

  3. Date format

In Android app, v1.9.2, the date format is displayed 24.-2015 -20:32 (day.-year -hour)?
    Sometimes it's -24. -20:32 (-day. -hour)?

There is no reference to the month?

I would prefer a consistent regular display format like:
    Mo, 24-04-2015, 20:32
    (weekday, day-month-year, hour).

    Cheers, great app!

  5. Faster app load time

The iOS app currently takes a little while to load. While I understand that the inbox needs to be decrypted, and I'm being nitpicky, if this is going to replace my other email clients, it must load quicker!

  8. Bug or feature? I press keystroke accidentally and the screen jumps. (Screenshot)

The mail I compose jumps from the right side to the left, on the right side, there is a new empty space.

  10. Support the TeslaUnread API in the Android App

The TeslaUnread API allows Apps to show a badge containing the unread messages count. It's quite easy to implement:

  11. Alter/Drop this planned activity "Option to set default (encrypted, not encrypted) for non-Tutanota user emails"

Currently you are taking up above described task. Please read my take on this and do what you think is best for users.

    Planned task:
    ---------------
Right now, if you are sending an email to someone with a non-Tutanota email address, the system defaults to treating it as an ecrypted message, requiring the recipient to follow a link, enter a password, etc. You can disable this by clicking a button.

This sort of encryption for non-Tutanota users is a great thing, of course.

But I imagine most of the time, I'm going to want to just send regular non-encrcypted messages…

  12. [Android] Support for proxy configuration (Orbot app/ Tor)

For example, the Twitter app has support for proxy setting and I can connect it (localhost:8118) via Tor, through the app Orbot.

  14. False notification

When I log in, I see the notification "New Tutanota email received." but there is no new email in my inbox.
I do not choose the option to store my password. It happens in Chrome 40, Firefox 36 and also in other computer.

  16. Automatic sync of data

Currently data is not synched between different devices. E.g. when deleting an email in one device it is not deleted on another device and errors may occur when accessing deleted data.
Changes should be automatically synched to all devices.

  19. Let the users invite contacts in Telegram and other privacy oriented applications. Google+ and Facebook shouldn't be Tutanota's paradigm.

Tutanota's users should be able to invite their contacts in Telegram and other privacy oriented applications. People join Tutanota because they are concearned with privacy. Many such people prefer not to use Google+, Facebook and the like. Therefore, these social networks shouldn't be the only means of invitation Tutanota offers: an effort should be made to connect to communication channels that share Tutanota's commitment to privacy too.

  20. add an exit or quit command. This would provide a higher level of protection when we are not using the tutanota software. Android is n

As Android is notorious for not terminating programs even after we terminate them, it would be a good idea to have a command where we can terminate the program instead of using the force terminate command in Android.
