    This is already possible. Just click the green confidential button. The lock unlocks and the email is a normal one, meaning not end-to-end encrypted and no password is needed.

        b1 - If it helps, I thought that the lock/unlock icon had disappeared too, with the new roll-out. I found out after playing around with it that the lock/unlock icon only appears when you type in the recipient's name in your email.

        The lock unlock icon disappeared from the email draft screen so I now cannot send an unlocked email. The settings menu also cannot be found

        My interface does not have a green confidential button. It only has a paperclip in a gray circle. The interface changes its layout when opened which could be phishing attacks. The keyboard is also erratic and changes words and inserts letters not typed.
