Excuse me, but all my emails are going to spam folder. What the fuck?
I recently discovered that some emails I sent to banks, job applications, etc never got answered, and then I realize it is in the SPAM folder. What the fuck is the problem with this service?????????
Yes, like other I have found that, despite a huge white list, often most of my email is directed to the spam folder. It is very very annoying. I now treat the spam box as a de facto email box!!! The well intended response by the TN team really does not resolve the matter. Please is a system fix possible.
I've noticed the same thing. Tutanota spam filtering often seems to randomly classify some mails as spam or nospam, without any apparent logic :(
Sorry for that! There are SPAM rules that you can use to configure what is flagged as SPAM and what not. We also continously improve our SPAM handling...
