if you live in China, I guess you are using a VPN? In this case someone might be using the same IP address. Please switch the server and try again.
I now have another " please contact us" email that links me to a dropdown menu only going to forums, Q & A's, that don't have replies to this issue or send me back in a circle to the same places I have tried. aren't there any humans in support? or is everything automated to the point of being useless? I am not being sarcastic, I just want to know if I have to give up on tutanota or can get help. I don't want to call because I live in China. I nearly got your paid services before this happened. Now I am doubting that idea.
