I cannot type in an address. there is no symbol to click to not send encryted. What do I need to do?
I can not use this. No symbol to click to send unencryted. Typing in email address does not register

1) Type in an external email address into the “To” field.
2) Push Tab, Enter or space
3) The options Confidential or Not confidential are available.
