    I get the message "Could not reach server, looks like you are offline. Please try again later." when I try to login. I have internet connection so the message is not technically correct and misleading.

    Could you:
    2) Tell me why I cannot login in my email?
    1) Update the message so that the real reasons for not being able to login is displayed?

      • Mass export of all emails in mailbox/folder

        I see that there is an export option, but it only works on individual emails. Mass export would be more useful. (Otherwise I have to individually click the link hundreds of times to back up my mail!!)

          I keep reading people questioning when you guys are going to implement supposed great features and also like bitcoin payment option?

          Can you guys state ETA of those features instead of promising us all the time?

                Tutanota used to work fine. Now I can't open app. I get a message from tutanota to update WebView, I click the link and the Android app store says WebView is not compatible with this version of Android. At this point the Tutanota app just keeps trying to load. All I see if an empty Tutanota screen (white) with loading circle. Keeps trying for ever.

                I tried restarting soft and hard.

                Clearly you made some changes.

                  Hello, either one of two things here. Either I am not understanding how to enter and program my domain email into Tuta. email or else you cannot use domain email within your app? Please tell me how to program this right.

                      Show the current editable field at the top of In the "Add Rule" view. Currently it is shown at the bottom of the page and if one has lots of rules, one has to scroll "endlessly" if there are lots of rules. And with time, the rules don't get less, but more.

                        I just tried to log on through firefox and internet explorer with a google chrome back up on the FedEx server into emails that I should have that should be secure emails at tutanota.com, tutanota.de and keemail.me[.] I got on each server and ISP and a notated response inquiry was made at yahoo and at gmail and at wanadoo.fr an error indicating that I was trying to log on to a website area that belongs as of today--Tuesday June 27, 2017--before nine a.m. Pacific Time to FedEx. Is Tutanota and its related so-called email domains now proprietary to FedEx? Probably…

                            I signed up after 48 hours I tried logging in and it says password or credential is wrong. This has happened before with other email addresses on your site. 100% each time password and email address are correct. You guys waste peoples time, no wonder your site is not well known

                              On the right hand side of the desktop browser version, there is a huge blank space that gets bigger as you stretch the page out. On a 2560 wide screen the email composition and reading space is cramped into one tiny area, while a huge blank space shows on the right.

                              If I shrink the page down by dragging the window to the left, the blank space suddenly disappears and the email area snaps open wider. If I enlarge the window again, the email area becomes smaller and the blank space reappears. Very annoying and I guess is also very…

                                It is frustrating since need communicate a lot with someone and just signed up. If I am time limited please,give directions so can plan number of emails a day can send and tell me if this is just restriction for new accounts.

                                  The limits for new users are pretty low, because we have to avoid spam use. Currently you can contact 40 recipients daily with Tutanota free. The limits vary depending on current requirements.

                                          I am in need of communication with Tutanota staff. It's been three days and I still have not received support. There are many issues I need to discuss and I want to go premium again, but how can I when my email was hacked and I cannot recover it because no secondary email recovery services are implemented.
