  1. Adjust size of the email and email list columns.

    the columns for folders, list of emails and the email messages themselves are all too narrow. They don't span the width of my screen. Ability to adjust then and auto expand to fit screen or something would be nice. Thanks.

    • Just signed up and getting this message "It looks like you exceeded the number of allowed emails. Please try again later." pls advise .

      It is frustrating since need communicate a lot with someone and just signed up. If I am time limited please,give directions so can plan number of emails a day can send and tell me if this is just restriction for new accounts.

        The limits for new users are pretty low, because we have to avoid spam use. Currently you can contact 40 recipients daily with Tutanota free. The limits vary depending on current requirements.

        Please upgrade to our paid services, if you need to send more messages.

          Hi there,

          our user interface is available in French. You might have to edit your browser settings and put French on top of the list. Refresh the page and Tutanota will be shown in French.

          Unfortunately we can not provide customer support in languages other than English, German and Spanish, as these are the only languages we speak.

            The reason is because they may unconstitusionally remove the law if there is not enough signatures, If you do have an american branch, Please Tell them to sign if they didn't already, This will affect the Internet as a whole:

                We signed up and paid for premium service. We have not sent emails and our first email gets the you onhave exceeded the limit error. We cannot even send when we click the premium support button. What gives here?

                      I just tried to log on through firefox and internet explorer with a google chrome back up on the FedEx server into emails that I should have that should be secure emails at tutanota.com, tutanota.de and keemail.me[.] I got on each server and ISP and a notated response inquiry was made at yahoo and at gmail and at wanadoo.fr an error indicating that I was trying to log on to a website area that belongs as of today--Tuesday June 27, 2017--before nine a.m. Pacific Time to FedEx.                             On the right hand side of the desktop browser version, there is a huge blank space that gets bigger as you stretch the page out. On a 2560 wide screen the email composition and reading space is cramped into one tiny area, while a huge blank space shows on the right.

                            If I shrink the page down by dragging the window to the left, the blank space suddenly disappears and the email area snaps open wider. If I enlarge the window again, the email area becomes smaller and the blank space reappears. Very annoying and I guess is also very…

                                I am in need of communication with Tutanota staff. It's been three days and I still have not received support. There are many issues I need to discuss and I want to go premium again, but how can I when my email was hacked and I cannot recover it because no secondary email recovery services are implemented.

                                  I signed up after 48 hours I tried logging in and it says password or credential is wrong. This has happened before with other email addresses on your site. 100% each time password and email address are correct. You guys waste peoples time, no wonder your site is not well known

                                      I have just joined tutanota but cannot freely send my emails without ringing every recipient to agree a a password. How can I send emails without doing this does 'premium 'offer this ?

                                        Currently if you click back using browser navigation you are logged out of Tutanota and can lose emails. This happens accidentally if you are writing an email, select off the email body, and tap the BACKSPACE key. It would be great if you couldn't accidentally BACKSPACE your way out of the email you are working on.

                                            Yes, you can create a new one. It is possible that it will be deleted by our spam prevention system, but should be approved within 48 hours.

                                            Due to a request below, we’re going to add some details. You can read in our FAQs, that we do not recycle email addresses for security reasons:

                                            However, a workaround resulted from a feature we recently added. You can now merge (Premium) accounts by configuring a takeover email address. If you email us at hello@tutao.de and can verify that the account you forgot the password of is yours, we could delete it for you and let you reuse the email address as an alias for your new Premium account.
