2. Lagging as hell, while my internet is super fast.
3. No sorting options.

If you are using a Premium account, you need to unsubscribe from Premium first befor ebeing able to delete the main account.
Email created before the recovery code was implemented is suddenly signed out for no reason. It was set to be signed in all the time. Cannot access email anymore, and have no recovery code to use.1 vote

I am signed i to my Tutanota email account on my computer, and Nowhere can I find ay way to access, or any reference to, a "recovery code". I tried changing my password in the hope that I would be offered access to a recovery code, but it didn't happen. I really like Tutanota, and this "recovery code" is a great idea, but you seem to be claiming to offer a "service" which Does Not Exist! If it does exist, why not make it available to current users?1 vote

I get the message "Could not reach server, looks like you are offline. Please try again later." when I try to login. I have internet connection so the message is not technically correct and misleading.
2) Tell me why I cannot login in my email?

It’s a word play: With keemail.me you can send me encrypted (=key) mails esily. :) If you can’t decide, just upgrade and add aliases to your account (it’s only 1 Euro per month).

It is frustrating since need communicate a lot with someone and just signed up. If I am time limited please,give directions so can plan number of emails a day can send and tell me if this is just restriction for new accounts.2 votes

I have a problem sending mail. I have only 9 contacts in total, there was a problem to send there 9 mails, now I'm unable even to respond. System writes me "It looks like you exceeded the number of allowed emails"1 vote
The limits for new users are pretty low, because we have to avoid spam use. Currently you can contact 40 recipients daily with Tutanota free. The limits vary depending on current requirements.
Please upgrade to our paid services, if you need to send more messages.

we only block a very small amount of IP addresses due to excessive spamming. All other IP ranges are only rate limited. Please contact us and provider your ip address at firstname.lastname@example.org, if signing up does not work for you permanently.
