  2. to look to other emails and make this one user friendly, cause right now its annoying even to use..

    1. Deleting emails is nightmare.
    2. Lagging as hell, while my internet is super fast.
    3. No sorting options.
    4. No search options.

  6. Email worked flawlessly until today- now Tutanota's signed me out and I can't get back in

    Email created before the recovery code was implemented is suddenly signed out for no reason. It was set to be signed in all the time. Cannot access email anymore, and have no recovery code to use.

  8. A way to initiate and compose emails to others. I can find no provision for this in my inbox.

    I see "Inbox" and "Drafts" and "Sent" and "Trash", etc...but no "Compose" button. Where is it?

    Hello, I did not understand the possibility of using custom domains. I do not have a domain at the moment; if I upgrade to the premium version, can I create one with Tutanota or should I already own it? Thank you very much

  10. No way to find or create a "recovery code"

    I am signed i to my Tutanota email account on my computer, and Nowhere can I find ay way to access, or any reference to, a "recovery code". I tried changing my password in the hope that I would be offered access to a recovery code, but it didn't happen. I really like Tutanota, and this "recovery code" is a great idea, but you seem to be claiming to offer a "service" which Does Not Exist! If it does exist, why not make it available to current users?

    I get the message "Could not reach server, looks like you are offline. Please try again later." when I try to login. I have internet connection so the message is not technically correct and misleading.

    Could you:
    2) Tell me why I cannot login in my email?
    1) Update the message so that the real reasons for not being able to login is displayed?

  12. Block email open tracking

    If you don't know what this is read:

    These 1x1 pixels embedded in emails report way to much information back to the sender. Not sure how this can be accomplished on encrypted messages though.

  14. Just signed up and getting this message "It looks like you exceeded the number of allowed emails. Please try again later." pls advise .

    It is frustrating since need communicate a lot with someone and just signed up. If I am time limited please,give directions so can plan number of emails a day can send and tell me if this is just restriction for new accounts.

  16. IP Address is blocked while trying to create an account

    Hello, i really want to use your services because i am a huge supporter of your ideas but, when i try to create an account a textbox appears saying: ''Registration is temporarily blocked for your IP address to avoid abuse. Please try again later or use a different internet connection.''
    I am from Brazil and i tried using Firefox and Chrome and both give me the same message. Please help!

  18. I want to send emails without agreeing a password with the recipient , can premium offer this ?

    Just signed up and -love- the service and simplicity. Very well done, guys!

    I have a strong desire to have the SAME application for e-mail on Windows, OS X and Linux, as well as my iPhone and Android devices. I know that's a lot of platforms to support, but if you were able to leverage some of the code behind GitHub's Atom editor (github.com/atom/atom), you might be able to bring a desktop client out for OS X/Windows/Linux much more quickly by leveraging your existing web app.

  20. Please allow us to remove unwanted Aliases (..or buy more than 5)

    We have been waiting for the ability to buy more aliases & now it's finally arrived this feature is severely limited.

    Once a user has played with 5 Aliases, they can no longer change their mind & pick different ones.

    I understand (although don't agree with) the policy of never recycling usernames. However locking aliases that users no longer want to their accounts is severely penalising your early adopters. We are trying to work our way around a new domain/alias system that has very few help pages created yet.
