Hello, for security reasons, I can not let Tutanota to my contacts. When this right is denied, if I try to write an email, Tutanota crashes when I try to enter the recipient in the field provided for this purpose.

if you are a Premium user, you can use the Support button from the top menu bar when being logged in.
Get rid of sending limits. I never had them before and I do not send spam. If you cannot then put a counter clearly visible on the page telling how many we can send and how many left we can send.

I have been using tutamail for quite some time, but am on the verge of giving up. Over the past several months I have had multiple occurrences of email not arriving. And no, it is not in my spam folder. Am I the only one experiencing this. It has happened from at least 3 different domains in the last month.1 vote
If an email does not arrive to your mailbox, there are three options on what could have happened:
1.) We blocked the mail because it has been sent by a mail server on a blacklist. This often happens for mail servers that send large amounts of mails (e.g. newsletters) or that have been abused. The mails are rejected in that case. We always report the cause (e.g. which blacklist led to the block) to the sending mail server.
2.) You have configured an SPAM-Rule to discard the mail. In that case, the sender will not receive a notice about the dropped mail.
3.) The mail has not arrived at our inbound mail server (e.g. it has been dropped by another mail server.

I accidentally deleted the device for push notifications (Android, Lineage, No Gapps). I logged out and in again (as described here) but no changes ... I even installed the app again ... No device listed for push notifications ... Any ideas how to solve this?1 vote

Tutanota puts messages in spam, even though I initiated the contact with the sender. Ex: I send a message to email@example.com. firstname.lastname@example.org replies to me and the message goes to spam. I of course have no idea he responded because as others here have noted there isn't even a counter on the spam folder indicating there's anything there. Very frustrating!1 vote
