A encrypted task manager with mail integration. A little bit like Outlook where you can right click your mail and create it as a task.
Also the possibility to create new task you can edit, share, create notes, perhaps even add milestones. I'm not thinking about a large project management solution but just the simple things for task management.4 votes
Make the number of emails & attachments sent or received unlimited. Or at least make it 10,000.1 vote
We are sorry, but we have to decline this request. We have limits for outgoing emails to prevent Tutanota from being abused by spammers. If spammers were able to send thousands of emails, this would effect all our users in a very negative way.
You wouldn’t be able to send out thousands of legitimate emails even if we allowed all users to: In this case Tutanota would be blacklisted already – due to the misuse of the service by spammers – so that your legitimate emails would not reach their destination.
We will never let this happen.

Allow users at least 1 alias as a sub-account under their original account and this alias can be created or disbanded any time as long as that alias is not used. You can have unlimited alias, but only one at a time. That means you can create and delete, and so on infinitely.2 votes
If you upgrade to Premium you can have 5 aliases. We don’t want Tutanota to be used as throw-away email addresses. There are different services for this.

Organizations communicate normally with mail lists. But if you use Tutanota - mail today will then have to be delivered unencrypted or via shard password.
Best solution would be have shared contact groups in (with possibility to send to the whole group) in Tutanota and use that instead of maillists.7 votes
Would like to see some sort of email notification/alert (sent to a user defined email address) when new email is received in my Tutanota Inbox.2 votes
Not only the function "deaktivate" aliase, to have the possibility to delete an aliase adresse to create a new one, but not by loosing an aliase-adresse-place (just 5 aliase) for such an action.9 votes
Deactivated aliases will still count for the 5 alias limit in case of Tutanota domains. Custom domain aliases can already be deleted.
Apart from that it will soon be possible to buy additional aliases. This is tracked in a different feature request.
Shorter Domains with 3letters like sec.cy/cryp.bz/wtf.bz/cryp.in/sec.net/tuta.ch/tuta.li/cyrpted.bz im sure it has much more 3letter domains
Please we need Shorter Domains. Not only tuta.io and tutanota.com , tutanota.de or keemail.me.
We need for Example only serv.me mail.li ,pm.li , pm.ch , mail.net , b1g.me and so on. it has so much, domains with only 3 letters! short domains with only 3 letters.
please use it , register and buy it. thank you sir1 vote
We do not plan to add more domains at the moment. If you want a different domain than one of the currently available, you may upgrade to Premium.
Thank you very much for your support.
Having labels depending on which email-adress the emails are adressed to (the main one, alias 1, alias 2.. ), would make it easier to navigate through a huge inbox. Maybe with "subinboxes" for different labels/email-adresses.15 votes
Different inboxes for aliases will not be implemented because this is what user accounts are for.
Don't offer Tutanota free accounts anymore. I'd rather prefer you offer different payable subscriptions, one very affordable for everyone like your current Premium, and some more expensive ones with more features. Your registration for a free account is so what of easy that everyone who needs a spam container or an address for some strange activities will in future use a Tutanota account, because it's so easy to register and completely free. When your servers land on spam lists or other blocking list will this also have a bad impact on your Premium customers, therefore I'd like to see no free accounts.

We monitor abuse closely and make sure that Tutanota is not listed on any blacklist. We will continue to offer free accounts because everybody in the world has a right to privacy – even if they can’t pay for it. This will not effect premium users in any way.

Please download Tutanota from Github and compile it yourself if you don’t want to use the web version: https://github.com/tutao/tutanota/
I'd love a little sub-area for taking notes. Especially on mobile, since most note taking apps on android want too many permissions. Just if you guys have time for this, nothing fancy required here.8 votes
You can add aliases to use a different email address.
Web browser are inhernetly insecure i would never use web mail when security is priority.
I saw a response to a previous request for pop3 claiming Pop3 does not support end to end encryption. That is patently untrue. Pop3 and SMTP support TLS v1.2 with the same level of encryption as web browsers do.7 votes
Just like Jason mentioned, POP3 does not support end-to-end encryption. However, we will definitely integrate Tutanota into all major mail clients in future. But this will probably take some years…
Jason: Thank you for the detailed explanation!
